- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- Heat oven to 120°C
- Coarsely chop walnuts and pistachios to a crumble consistency. I roughly grind mine in a mortar and pestle if you have access to one.
- Stir through coconut oil, agave syrup and honey.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, watching closely as it begins to brown, as it will happen quickly.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool, serve over your favorite natural yoghurt with fruit.
